Ms. Foote has over twenty years of experience in the concierge and guest services industry with a focus on implementing concierge and guest service programs for retail shopping centers and mixed use properties.

Marcia began her career in Washington D.C where she founded Intercontinental Concierge Corporation (ICC). During that time her portfolio included clients such as Tysons Corner Shopping Center, Coca Cola and the Chicago Board of Trade. After relocating to Salt Lake City, Ms. Foote has owned and operated Your Concierge Connection. Her clients have included Simon Property Group, Howard Hughes Corporation, CenterCal Properties and the 2002 Winter Olympic Games. Ms. Foote has appeared in Who’s Who Outstanding Young Women of America and has profiled in major publications such as the Wall Street Journal and Washington Post.
