Your Concierge Connection developed a VIP Concierge Amenity Program for our mixed used properties. Our Concierge teams elevate the service experience by providing a highly trained and professional concierge team to work with corporate office tenants and their clientele. The program is tailored to meet the needs of each property.
As a complimentary benefit, our trained staff will provide a one stop resource offering a high level of service assisting with catering, flowers, executive transportation, special event tickets and a variety of personal services such as (car detailing, dry cleaning, housekeeping referrals). Our team personally visits each corporate tenant with collateral materials to introduce the services. Your Concierge Connection’s web team designs a customized web page for each property that promotes the services and allows tenants to view preferred vendors and make requests. As new vendors and services are added, the web page is updated quickly to keep all vendor and promotional offers up to date.
YCC assists the marketing team at each property with event promotion. Our team manages social media platforms, web site updates and we work with various community partners to post events and happenings at their locations. YCC team members also assist marketing with signage around the property and at the concierge center.
When new tenants move into one of our properties, our team members work together with marketing and management to provide assistance with set-up and grand opening events. The concierge will assemble swag bags, organize catering and coordinate with housekeeping and security for tenant grand openings. The concierge manager will personally visit the new tenant contact with a welcome basket and explain the components of the concierge service. We offer social media assistance, job postings and will distribute any promotional materials provided.
Your Concierge Connection was selected to oversee the customer service program for Downtown Summerlin. Along with opening the Concierge Department and ambassador program, YCC trained various departments on the fundamentals of providing great customer service. Your Concierge Connection matches talent with opportunity. YCC hand selects candidates to help fill the recruiting needs of clients for events and grand openings. YCC ensures staff has been through customer service training and is well versed on all aspects of the property and events.
