Your Concierge Connection, a Utah-born hospitality and guest service management provider for more than 20 years, is pleased to introduce its newest offering: Luxury Transportation services.

Launched on a pilot basis at the Zions Bankcorporation Technology Campus in Midvale, Your Concierge Connection has taken the typical employee shuttle to new heights as a Luxury Transportation service. Since September, Zions Bank employees and guests have been treated to an elevated level of comfort by riding around campus in a brand-new Mercedes Benz Sprinter van driven by highly trained, service-oriented drivers. Now, Your Concierge Connection is ready to fully roll out this new offering to provide clients with a luxury upgrade to their transportation needs.

Led by the mother-son duo of Foote and Anthony Panuzio, Your Concierge Connection has long been a leader in Salt Lake City, Las Vegas and Southern California markets for retail services such as guest service management, event staffing, and hospitality marketing.

YCC helped CenterCal facilitate their Phase 2 Grand Opening Celebration in July 2022. Mountain View Village is CenterCal’s brand new, iconic, experience-driven, 85-acre mixed-use destination in Riverton, Utah.
Set within the fastest-growing submarket in the United States, the center is a 1,000,000-square-foot destination poised to attract, cater to, and entertain guests from far beyond the immediate area. Mountain View Village is the most dynamic central gathering place in Riverton and the entire South Valley.
Mountain View Village was one of the biggest retail mixed-use centers to open in 2022.

YCC developed and executed an on-site Street Team Ambassador/Greeter program for Las Vegas North Premium Outlets. Our trained bi-lingual hospitality professionals were strategically stationed throughout the property at branded podiums for easy identification. YCC ambassadors greeted guests, assisted with directions and helped drive traffic to the retailers.
In 2017, YCC was selected as the third party provider to staff and manage the Guest Service Centers at Las Vegas North and South Premium Outlets. YCC teams were located at all Guest Service Centers on the property.

Corporate Tenant VIP Program / Grand Opening Annex FoodHall
The Collection at RiverPark, one of the paramount life- style developments in Southern California, selected YCC to provide guest and concierge services.
After witnessing YCC’s staffing and execution of the center’s grand opening, management also requested YCC staff and manage the Collection at RiverPark's VIP program for corporate patrons.
The VIP program is utilized by each corporate tenant. The YCC team executes 150+ monthly requests. Tenants communicate with the concierge team via texting service to a YCC VIP cell phone.

Shula 347 Grill Grand Opening & Embassay Suites Hotel

The Embassy Suites hotel was to be the center point of a $500 million mixed-use development.
The management company was new to the Salt Lake market and needed guest services, event planning, and management for their grand opening.
The fine dining component of the property was Shula’s 347 Grill operated by the legendary NFL coach’s family. Aside from managing the event and accommodating guest needs, YCC was also tasked with media outreach for the event.
The Shops at South Town hired Your Concierge Connection to provide Street Team Ambassadors for a large scale event adjacent to their property, Odysseo by Cavalia. This internationally acclaimed entertainment company brought its latest creation to Sandy Utah. This is the world's largest touring productions featuring 65 magnificent horses, acrobats, dancers and musicians. This production made its debut under the Big White Top on the west side of The Shops at South Town.
The sold out shows provided a great opportunity for the center to capitalize on capacity crowds visiting their property daily. YCC team members engaged with guests before and after the shows to promote and drive traffic to the property's retail stores and restaurant venues. YCC staff handed out a variety of collateral materials including bounce back offers and coupon books. YCC hired, trained and provided on-site supervision throughout the length of the engagement.

Your Concierge Connection had the Concierge/Guest service accounts at both the downtown premier shopping centers and their adjoining office towers for the 2002 Winter Olympic Games.
YCC provided a high-volume concierge unit at both properties as well as hospitality greeters. During the two weeks of competition, YCC staff coordinated services for local and international visitors and corporate tenants.
The staff at YCC acted as downtown ambassadors to the city, providing information, directions and overall hospitality amenities available on-site at our properties.
Street ambassadors roamed the downtown area to assist visitors and guests to the city.
YCC was also hired to staff the Olympic Fountain at The Gateway, a prominent destination for visitors and the site of several medal presentations.
